Tal joined Gilad in 2025 and serves as a Business Development Coordinator.
As part of her role, Tal is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored engagement proposals, and preparing agreements.
Tal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
During her studies, she worked as a student at the Department for the Investigation of Police (DIP), and subsequently completed her legal internship at the Enforcement and Collection Authority, at the Tel Aviv Office of the Registrar of Execution, where she gained practical legal experience and familiarity with the workings of the public sector and the governmental system.
